who, what, why when?
Three Crows & Co takes pride in being a queer owned business. Founded by Ella Bewley, a passionate filmmaker with a wealth of experience in brand attraction, they wanted to create a video production company that doesn't just smash out a video based on a briefing, but works closely with customers to advise on how to best capture their audience and gets them to the finish line.

When the Founder was born at Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield, 1993, three crows landed on the windowsill.

No, seriously - true story, but Ella has always seen three crows during significant moments in their life, whether that be pure coincidence or if it's genuinely spooky-wooky. So, when they decided to take the leap from working 10 years in recruitment to giving all they had to filmmaking and brand attraction, Three Crows & Co just fit.
The idea started from working as the Videographer & Marketing Manager for a global recruitment company in Bristol and Ella soon realised they could use these skills on a much larger scale to help more people get noticed.
